Much of the resourcing is conducted in the sending and receiving of people across nations and between churches. Conferences, teams, sabbaticals and ministry trips all play an important part in sharing gifts and equipping God’s people.

In the summer of 2007, a team of 12 young people (16-25yrs) went to Zimbabwe to compile a media journal of exciting projects - sustainable initiatives being pioneered during a very difficult time in the country. You can see the overview as a photo story here.
