Life together

Following Jesus is personal, but it is not meant to be lived alone.

At LifeLine, we are learning to share life: worshipping and praying together, opening our homes, building real friendships, helping one another grow and serving the places where we live.

Every person has something valuable to contribute and friendships grow over time, as trust and belonging develop.

Relationships

We believe faith is worked out in real relationships. That means noticing one another, sharing meals, offering practical help, speaking honestly, forgiving one another and making space for each person’s contribution.

Our network of relationships includes friendships, homes and groups of people who share life together. We sometimes call these “households”. A household is not a programme or a compulsory small group; it is a web of relationships in which people can become known, supported and able to support others.

Relationships grow at a human pace. Nobody is expected to disclose more than they wish or to belong instantly.

Faith in everyday life

Jesus shapes more than what we do on Sundays. We want to follow Him in our work, relationships, finances, decisions and responsibilities.

That includes learning truthfulness, courage, generosity, self-control, forgiveness and sacrificial love – and helping one another live these things when life is complicated.
